Black Roly Poly green collection

Driade charcoal Roly Poly with chunky lines and unique shape was designed by British designer Faye Toogood. In 2018, it was officially authorized by the Italian design brand Driade to release the fourth series of single chairs in the original limited edition Roly Poly family, so that more friends who love design can have this design.

Driade launches Black is the new Green, a capsule collection entirely made of recycled plastic material. This collection is made of a material that comes from industrial recycling, partly from internal production waste, and therefore controlled, and partly from post-consumer recycling, Driade is committed to developing a path to support sustainability, investing in increasingly innovative production systems that guarantee the lowest environmental impact while maintaining excellence and focusing on health and comfort. Marks for Driade the turning point towards a green, eco-sustainable approach aimed at improving the impact on the environment.

In the new version released by Driade, Roly Poly was changed from the original fiberglass version to a polyethylene one-piece, with the arc of the bowl-like seat and the thick four-poster legs, making the Roly Poly chair a warm, Fun and modern sculpture, suitable for both indoor or outdoor placement.

Roly Poly is available in 6 colours and can be purchased with a rounded seat cushion: the seat cushion has a curved bowl shape that perfectly fits the seat surface, creating an attractive texture and increasing sitting comfort.
