THÉM membership is divided into 4 levels, allowing you to unlock more benefits and enjoy exclusive benefits as your membership level increases. We look forward to making gift-giving a simple and high-quality life ritual through different membership benefits, and making the process simple, easy and fun.
É Points are valid both online and in stores: Earn points on the official website and at NOKE Chung Tai, Eslite Spectrum 480, and LaLaport Nangang stores, and redeem them at checkout.
Membership Privileges
After registering as a THÉM member, you can get É Points corresponding to the membership for every purchase. It can be used in your next order: every 10 É Points can be discounted to NT$1, and a single order can be discounted up to 50% of the product amount. The more you buy, the more discounts you get! In addition, members can enjoy the following benefits:
• Earn points with the same account for both online and in-store purchases, and redeem them at checkout.
• Enjoy a 10% discount code during your birthday month + an additional 1,500 É Points

∙ Complimentary É Points for membership level promotion
• Complete your member information (billing address, shipping address, account details) to earn 100 É Points
• Refer a friend: You get 600 É Points when your friend completes registration, and an additional 1,500 É Points when your friend makes their first purchase.
• Brand Day Bonus: Enjoy extra rewards on the 6th of each month: EXPLORÉR +5% / MESSENGÉR +10% / INSIDÉR +20%
Membership Level Standard
The É Points you accumulate will determine your membership level. Each level will enjoy different benefits, allowing you to enjoy increasingly higher levels of privileges as you explore more wonderful people and things with us!
• THÉM (Basic Membership): Upon joining, you will receive 10%HÉ Points as a reward on your purchases.
• EXPLORÉR: Accumulate 1,000 É Points to upgrade and enjoy 15% É Points back on your purchases. On the monthly brand day (6th), receive an additional 5%.
• MESSENGÉR: Accumulate 3,200 É Points to upgrade and enjoy 20% É Points back on your purchases. On the monthly brand day (6th), receive an additional 10%.
• INSIDÉR: Accumulate 7,800 É Points to upgrade and enjoy 30% É Points back on your purchases. On the monthly brand day (6th), you'll receive an additional 20%.

Membership Rights Notices and Matters Needing Attention
In addition to shopping at THÉM, you can earn extra É Points by completing your membership profile (billing address, shipping address, and account details) and during your birthday month. Once you accumulate enough É Points to qualify for promotion, you will be upgraded to the corresponding membership level the following day and enjoy exclusive membership benefits.
Refer a friend to THÉM and receive double rewards: you'll receive 600 É Points when your friend registers through your exclusive link; and you'll receive an additional 1,500 É Points after your friend makes their first purchase. Log in to your account to find your exclusive referral link on the "É Points" page, and easily copy and share it with your friends.
Once your membership level is achieved, it remains valid indefinitely and will not be reset annually.
É Points are valid for 12 months from the date of acquisition and will expire after that period; however, your existing membership levels will not be affected.

As a THEM member, you will receive É Points for every purchase. Every 10 É Points can be redeemed for NT$$1, with a maximum redemption of NT$50% per order. Please note that your É Points are valid for 12 months from the date of acquisition and will expire after that period.

The way to use É Points is not only to deduct points directly at checkout to exchange the corresponding product price. In addition, we specially created a sharing plan. Simply go to the É Points page after logging in and click Redeem É Points to exchange É Points to discount coupon codes for yourself or to share with friends and family while checking out. Please note that the coupon code you redeem has a validity period of 30 days from the date of acquisition, and it will expire and cannot be used again.
