If you are a member of THÉM and you want to apply for a return for any reason after receiving the goods purchased online, we will protect your rights. ∙ The goods you return must be in the original complete package, including goods, accessories, original packaging, protective bags, dust bags, guarantees, cable ties, seal stickers, sealed letter packaging, accompanying documents and gifts.

∙ The items, accessories, and packaging that you return must be a single package and placed together and protected in the original outer mailbox to avoid damage or deformation due to squeezing during shipping.

∙ A single item can only be replaced once in size or color.

∙ Except for the case of major defects, after the sale of the special offer or pre-order, no return will be accepted for any reason.

∙ If the returned product is checked by the THÉM team and the product is confirmed to be defective when it is sent out by THÉM. We will refund the postage at the time of refund. For the rest of the case, please bear the expenses incurred in the return process.

If you fail to comply with our return policy for any reason, THÉM reserves the right to refuse the return, in this case, after our discretion, we will return the goods that do not comply with our policy to the original shipping address.

After-sales maintenance service notice

To protect your rights, please be sure to read and abide by the following after-sales maintenance service policy when you choose the service.

∙ Your related repair costs and postage for the product will be covered by THÉM during the warranty period.

∙ If your product is judged to be damaged by human factors by the original manufacturer or exceeds the warranty period, THÉM will report the repair cost and related postage quoted by the original manufacturer to you, and perform the repair process with the original manufacturer after the fee is charged.

∙ The goods you return must be in the original complete package, including goods, accessories, original packaging, protective bags, dust bags, guarantees, cable ties, seal stickers, sealed letter packaging, accompanying documents and gifts.

∙ The items, accessories, and packaging that you return must be a single package and placed together and protected in an outer mailbox to avoid damage or deformation due to squeezing during shipping.

If you fail to comply with the relevant after-sales maintenance policy causing damage to the packaging or goods due to any factor, after the original factory repair is completed, THÉM will return the product to you like the outward appearance we've received, and will not provide additional new package.

Contact us via this link or privately message THÉM fan page to explain the product malfunction 》Your after-sales repair application will be reviewed by THÉM team within 1 working day 》Return the goods to be repaired to THÉM and we will be handling the renewing or repair procedures with the original manufacturer 》After the repair is completed, notify and send it back to the shipping address you provided.
