∙ The goods you return must be in the original complete package, including goods, accessories, original packaging, protective bags, dust bags, guarantees, cable ties, seal stickers, sealed letter packaging, accompanying documents and gifts.
∙ The items, accessories, and packaging that you return must be a single package and placed together and protected in the original outer mailbox to avoid damage or deformation due to squeezing during shipping.
∙ The product you are returning must be in its original state, which means it is undamaged, unused, unwashed and unaltered. The company can resell it again or return it to the original factory state; if the returned product does not meet the above conditions after inspection by THÉM team In this case, we will charge a refurbishment fee within a reasonable range.
∙ A single item can only be replaced once in size or color.
∙ Returns and exchanges for any reason will not be accepted after physical stores, special offers and pre-ordered products are sold, except for major defects.
∙ You must follow the instructions to return the goods you want to return using the original shipping logistics within 7 working days after receiving the return instructions. If the THÉM team inspects and confirms that the product was defective when shipped due to THÉM's negligence, we will refund the postage together with the refund. For returns and exchanges under other circumstances, you must bear the relevant costs during the return and exchange process.
• For international orders outside of Taiwan, refunds will be processed after THÉM receives the returned goods and confirms that they meet the return and exchange policy. Necessary costs incurred in international returns and exchanges, including but not limited to freight collect, reverse shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, and customs clearance fees, will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you fail to comply with our return policy for any reason, THÉM reserves the right to refuse the return, in this case, after our discretion, we will return the goods that do not comply with our policy to the original shipping address.

After-sales maintenance service notice

∙ During the warranty period of your product, THÉM will bear the related maintenance costs and international postage.

∙ The items, accessories, and packaging that you return must be a single package and placed together and protected in an outer mailbox to avoid damage or deformation due to squeezing during shipping.
∙ Please follow the instructions provided to return the product you want to repair. If your product is judged by the original manufacturer to have been damaged or has exceeded the warranty period, THÉM will send you the repair cost and related postage quoted by the original manufacturer. If you fail to comply with the relevant after-sales maintenance policy causing damage to the packaging or goods due to any factor, after the original factory repair is completed, THÉM will return the product to you like the outward appearance we've received, and will not provide additional new package.
