Shipping Goods
Delivery
THÉM's general merchandise delivery service is handled by Chunghwa Post and SF Express. THÉM offers delivery services to Taiwan, its outlying islands, and some overseas regions. Orders within Taiwan totaling NT$$2,000 or more qualify for free shipping; orders under NT$$2,000 will be charged a flat shipping fee of NT$$120.
Food, refrigerated/frozen, perishable goods, large items, goods requiring special handling or installation, and other goods requiring special delivery conditions will be subject to the delivery method and shipping fee specifications indicated on the product page, logistics conditions, or confirmed by customer service.

Once you have placed your order and completed the payment process, we will arrange shipment within 5 business days and provide the tracking number via email after the goods are shipped. Delivery within Taiwan proper typically takes approximately 1– (3 business days), excluding holidays. For shipments to outlying islands of Taiwan, international parcels, large items, or goods requiring special handling or installation, the actual delivery time will depend on the contents of the goods, the shipping region, the logistics provider's operations, flight schedules, customs inspections, holidays, installation schedules, and local delivery conditions.

Delivery and pickup obligations
If a consumer fails to pick up the goods within the specified period after an order is placed, it shall be deemed as a failure to fulfill the obligation to accept delivery under the sales contract, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Article 234 of the Civil Code concerning delayed acceptance.
Our company fulfills its delivery preparation responsibilities upon shipment of goods. If the goods are returned and related costs are incurred due to reasons attributable to the consumer, such as failure to pick up the goods, refusal to accept delivery, failure to cooperate with delivery, failure to cooperate with customs clearance, failure to pay necessary international delivery or customs clearance fees, or incorrect receipt information, our company may claim the following necessary costs from the consumer in accordance with relevant damage compensation principles:
• Original shipping cost
• Return shipping costs, including reverse shipping costs.
• Customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, warehousing fees, freight collect shipping fees, and other necessary expenses incurred due to the return of international parcels.
• Reasonable handling costs incurred due to incomplete orders, including but not limited to repairing or repackaging goods, or costs incurred due to damage to goods rendering them unsellable.
The aforementioned costs will be borne by the consumer, and THÉM will deduct the necessary costs from the refund amount.
If a consumer has a record of not picking up goods, refusing delivery, or not settling related fees, the company may, depending on the circumstances, restrict their payment method, require prepayment, or suspend/refuse the establishment of subsequent orders.
By completing the order process on this website, consumers are deemed to have reasonably reviewed and agreed to the company's terms of purchase, delivery and pickup regulations and related transaction conditions.
