Face Oka was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. He is a mixed-race of Taiwan and Japan. Face is good at simple hand-painted style, and the classic "face is full of chaos" is the iconic highlight. As a global artist, Face's activities have been expanding in Japan and abroad, mainly in clothing, advertising, and magazines. After 5 years, it finally held a solo exhibition in 2021.
