Each GRAND is built using Cityframes' proprietary CitySculpt process, combining satellite 3D data, spatial data, and manual adjustments to reorganize building locations and identify details, ensuring that the scaled-down Tokyo city model retains a clear, consistent, and easy-to-read structure. The model is made of a biodegradable material with a corn base, featuring a soft matte finish and a delicate, plaster-like texture; paired with a solid wood frame, it allows roads, building outlines, and urban density to naturally emerge through light and shadow.
Tokyo GRAND pieces can be wall-mounted horizontally or vertically, or displayed flat, depending on the space.
