Constance 24 matte black black alligator Mississippiensis with gold hardware

NT$1,200,000

Hermes Constance 24 matte black black alligator Mississippiensis with gold hardware is a classic bag of Hermès's rarity as well as Birkin and Kelly. Originally designed by Catherine Chaillet in 1959 and named after her fifth child, Constance. It is worth mentioning that the designer's daughter happened to give birth on the same day that the first Constance left Hermès. With its leather shoulder straps to allow the bag to hang freely, it quickly became the favorite of one of the first ladies of the United States, Jacqueline Kennedy, who also contributed to the promotion of Constance to Hollywood celebrity. Each Constance bag must be handcrafted by a master for 14-18 hours. The highly recognizable H Logo is one of the key reasons for Constance's popularity.
